This is a follow up to my first review. I have finished my RC18T2 kit and have been using the Life 1050 for a while now. I am running a Castle Mamba Micro Pro esc with a CM2068 brushless motor. The power and punch are awesome, and runtime is around 15 minutes. Discharge is very flat, so the car stays fast throughout the duration of the run. I am very happy with this battery and still recommend it to anyone looking for a Nimh/Lipo alternative.

I just purchased one of these for my RC18T2 Team kit, which is not quite finished yet. I decided to test the pack in my Factory Team T4.1, which is powered by a Novak Ballistic 6.5 and a Havoc Pro SC esc. I am very happy with how the pack performed in my "test". The Life 1050 pack was extremely punchy and powerful, easily matching my full size Reedy Life 4000 pack in terms of punch and responsiveness. In fact, I think the smaller MaxAmps pack may be a bit more punchy than my Reedy. Run time was about 9 minutes, which I thought was very good considering I intentionally ran it very hard in a powerful 1/10 scale system. I think the pack will perform even better in my RC18T2 as it will be perfectly suited to the smaller 1/18 scale size. I am very impressed with the Life 1050 pack, and am now considering the larger Life 4500 pack for my T4.1. I highly recommend them to anyone like myself who is looking for alternatives to Lipo and NIMH packs.
