We guarantee our products with a 100% no questions asked satisfaction guarantee for 30 days from the date you receive the product. If you are not completely satisfied with our products then just send them back for a replacement or your money back minus your shipping charge. We do not pay for the return shipping charge to us but will pay for the replacement to be sent out. Replacements and refunds are limited to the value of products purchased from MaxAmps.com and does not cover any other loss.
During the first year of ownership, MaxAmps will replace any defective LiPo or LiFe battery at no cost. After one year, any defective MaxAmps LiPo or LiFe battery can be exchanged for just 50% of the new pack's list price. Our lifetime warranty is non-transferrable. You must be the original owner to receive warranty coverage.
Free Lifetime “Re-Wraps”
Is frequent use making your MaxAmps packs look heavily worn? We offer free lifetime “re-wraps” to all our past customers. We will remove the old shrink wrap and decals and give your pack a facelift with brand new decals and shrink. Then we will ship it back to you at NO CHARGE. Yet another valuable service that you receive for being a loyal MaxAmps.com fan. Send your packs along with your name, address and phone number to MaxAmps.com, 1015 W Garland Ave, Spokane, WA 99205.
For domestic US shipping, including APO/FPO addresses, we ship USPS or UPS depending on the size, type, and location of the order. If you prefer a certain carrier, please specify on your order. We offer Standard or Express shipping when ordering through our website. For guaranteed overnight shipping, you must call in your order.
For international shipping, we primarily ship UPS Express Saver for reliability and detailed tracking but can use USPS Express on occasion if applicable. For alternative shipping methods, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Be sure to select your country from the drop-down menu in the shopping cart and hit the update cart button for an accurate shipping cost. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu, we may still be able to ship there but you will need to email us at email@example.com for a custom shipping quote. Be aware that our shipping costs cover postage and insurance on the package but not import costs such as duties and taxes.
Tracking details will be emailed at the time of shipment. Please allow time for the online tracking status to update.
We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order M-F. We custom build each battery pack to order to ensure freshness which is why your order may not ship the same day depending on when it comes in. For non-battery orders, we usually ship the same day if received by 12pm PST M-F. Orders after this cutoff time will generally ship the next business day. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, be sure to contact us directly and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
Orders containing “out of stock” or “delayed” products will be held until they are able to be shipped in their entirety unless we hear from you requesting otherwise.
For possible lost in transit shipments, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can contact the carrier as to why there has been a shipping delay. In addition, please do not file a credit card or Paypal claim against the order prior to speaking with us first as this will only cause further delays.
