The battery expansion kit from Traxxas allows the installation of larger format battery packs into the Velineon powered Rustler VXL, Bandit VXL, and Stampede VXL. The package includes hardware to raise the electronic speed control mount and battery posts allowing clearance for taller battery packs like our MaxAmps 6500 11.1V Lipo pack. Attention Stampede Owners: You must also purchase battery hold down kit #3627X in addition to this one in order to convert Stampede trucks.
