 | It is a close fit, but it does fit in the B44. The batteries are on their side. I have four packs and they all fit very well. I used an aluminum angle for a mounting bracket with Velcro straps. This is by far the best RC car I have ever driven. It is amazing to be able to run for 40 minutes in one charge. It is so much fun. The brushless 1/10 4wd cars handle so much better then the 2wd models. I will never go back. I'm sure the 1/10 4wd class is going to come back BIG TIME. I would recommend to anyone looking at RC cars to strongly consider any of the 1/10 electric cars. Like the “Associated B44”, “Losi XXX-4”, “Hot Bodies D4”, “Tamiya TRF501X” just to name a few... These cars are truly the best bang for the buck RC cars out. The least maintenance, for the longest run time, for the best performance, for the least money. All these cars can easily do 50mph with a 6.5 or 5.5 turn motor. The Nitro cars are going to die out.
