I just want to add to my previous comment. Since I have had the battery protectors in my buggy and truggy, I have not lost a battery. It has been over 3 months of hard running my 4S batteries and I have not had one problem with any of the four 4S batteries I am using. There is no doubt in my mind this is protecting them. I lost six 4S batteries before I started using this. I am convinced we are damaging them from impact in the battery tray. This STOPS that completely and protects your battery. Bubba

I run a full time track that opened December 1, 2010. I have seen tremendous growth in 1/8 electric. I have also seen a lot of money spent on 4S batteries that have been destroyed because of the abuse. I have had "The Battery Protector" in both my buggy and truggy for four weeks now and I love it. It keeps my battery in place and I have not cracked a battery shell since installing it. I run Losi, but the Mugen has the worst designed battery tray. There is a small plastic piece in the front of the Mugen battery tray. It is only on one side and just about every person running Mugen has had their batteries cracked or destroyed because of this. I gave two people that run Mugen this product and they love it. They have not broken or cracked a battery since using them.
